About SarvaM

SarvaM is the mobility brand of SarvaMove Fleet Solutions Private Limited. Services combine directly managed operations with a verified partner network. Your confirmation should identify whether the service is SarvaM-managed or partner-operated and who is providing it.

Requests vs bookings

Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed booking or reservation of a driver or vehicle. A real person checks availability and shares a quotation. A service is confirmed only after SarvaM confirms the journey details and terms and you accept them. A listed service or city does not guarantee availability for a particular time.

Quotations and payment

The website does not collect payment when you submit a request. Prices, payment arrangements and any applicable waiting, toll, parking, permit, additional-distance or overnight charges must be explained in your quotation or confirmation before you agree. Do not assume that an expense is included unless the quotation says so. Changes to the itinerary or duration may require a revised quote, which will be discussed with you.

Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate contact details, pickup and destination information, passenger counts and timings, and tell us promptly about changes. For acting driver services, you are responsible for your vehicle's valid documents, insurance and roadworthiness. Disclose relevant vehicle issues before the journey. Passengers must follow applicable traffic and safety rules, use available seat belts and avoid asking the driver to drive unlawfully or unsafely.

Safety, delays and service changes

A driver may decline an unsafe or unlawful instruction. Traffic, weather, vehicle problems and other circumstances can affect a journey; arrival times are not unconditional guarantees. If a material change occurs, contact SarvaM so the available options can be discussed. For an immediate emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services rather than relying on the website.

Cancellation & refunds

See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for withdrawing requests, cancelling confirmed journeys and changing arrangements. Booking-specific cancellation terms must be shared and accepted before payment. The website does not set a universal cancellation fee or promise an automatic refund.

Partner applications

A driver or fleet application is a request to join the partner network, not an offer of employment, a partnership contract or a guarantee of bookings or income. Onboarding, verification and any operating agreement must be completed separately before work is allocated.

Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how enquiry and application information is handled. Our Cookie & Consent page describes browser storage. Use the Contact page to raise a question about either.

Concerns and applicable rights

Contact SarvaM with your reference and relevant journey details if there is a service issue, loss or damage concern. Responsibility will be reviewed against the facts, the agreed booking terms and applicable law; these terms do not provide a blanket exclusion of liability or remove statutory consumer rights. Applicable Indian law governs these services, without limiting rights or remedies available under that law.

Updates

The date above identifies this version of the website terms. Booking-specific arrangements remain those agreed for that booking, subject to applicable law; later website updates do not silently replace them.
